LogistiCenter at Sauk Village is a professionally master-planned business park, bounded by IL 394 on the east, Cottage Grove Avenue on the west, Sauk Trail on the south, and the EJ&E Railroad tracks on the north. The park is being developed specifically for industrial, logistics, warehouse and commercial users. At this point in its development, LogistiCenter at Sauk Village offers maximum site flexibility to accommodate large facilities in excess of 1,000,000 square feet and facilities as small as 162,000 square feet.
