Within a 20-mile radius of Sauk Village there are seven raildroad intermodal yards including CN's Gateway INtermodal Yard, UP's Yard Center, Iowa Intersate's Yard, NS's Calumet, NS Landers Yard, NS Park Manor and CSX 59th St. The development is directly served by the EJ&E Railway, which in turn offers direct connections to all Class I railroards serving Chicago.
